Learn Your Fretboard

LEARN YOUR FRETBOARD

First pass at putting together a smaller learning utility for new and intermediate guitar players to be utilized alongside normal lessons. The goal is to help to identify and internalize the different notes on the first 12 frets of the fretboard. 

There are currently two game modes present:
"Notes by Fret" provides a string name and note name, and you are tasked with providing the corresponding fret number.  
"Notes by Fretboard" provides a string and note name, and you are tasked with selecting the correct fret on a virtual fretboard. 
Both game modes allow for customizable string sets, letting you focus on specific strings that you may struggle with.

Normal play sessions decrease the timer gradually as you continue answering questions correctly.
Practice mode removes the timer requirement for each question. 

Currently, there aren't any scripted lessons to learn the notes of the fretboard within the game. It is meant to be an additional resource to get you thinking about the fretboard in a different way. This content may come in the future along with additional game modes, and game tutorials.
